The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the vacation rental services (“Services”) provided by The Stayers SAS, a company registered in Colombia (“The Stayers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or making a reservation, you (“Guest,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
- To make a reservation, guests must provide accurate and complete information, including the number of guests, contact details, and any special requests.
- The Stayers reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations at our discretion, with a full refund in such cases.
- Guests agree to pay the total rental amount as specified during the booking process. This includes the rental fee, security deposit, and any applicable taxes or fees.
- Payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and guests are responsible for any transaction fees associated with the payment method.
- The Stayers’ cancellation policy is outlined during the booking process. Guests are encouraged to review and understand the cancellation terms before confirming a reservation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Check-in and check-out times are specified in the booking confirmation. Guests must adhere to these times unless alternative arrangements have been made with The Stayers.
- Failure to check out by the agreed-upon time may result in additional charges.
- Guests agree to use the vacation rental property responsibly and to follow any specific rules or guidelines provided by The Stayers.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay. The Stayers is not liable for any loss or damage to guests’ property.
- Guests are expected to respect neighbors and adhere to local laws and regulations.
The Stayers reserves the right to make changes to reservations or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered alternative accommodations or a full refund.
The Stayers respects the privacy of its guests. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
The Stayers shall not be responsible for any civil liabilities arising from the use of our Services, and guests expressly release The Stayers from any such claims or demands.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if not resolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombia.
